He is survived by his wife Mrs. Anna Biby, one son Frank Biby and one daughter Mrs. J. M. Berta and one grandson Leroy D. Masterson, all residing at the family home 2519 Cedar Street, one brother. A. J. Biby of Pueblo. Mrs Gertrude Waldy of Los angeles Calif. He was a member of Camp No. 36 Woodman of the World of Lamar.
