The community of Las Muchas still exists. It is a few miles South West of Tres Ritos. It appears that Lionicio Ruiz was not native to that area.I checked the 1910 census and I was unable to locate him.The lumber camp that was there in the 1920s no longer exists but one can find still find evidence of its existence.
